2. What we offer

Zaffron Valley provides curated Kashmir tour packages and a marketplace of vetted local experiences. We act as an intermediary between you (the traveller) and local hosts, drivers, and service providers. All experiences are delivered by independent local partners vetted by our team.

3. Booking and payment

• Enquiry: Submitting our contact form is a non-binding enquiry, not a booking. No payment is required to receive an itinerary.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you accept the itinerary and make the agreed advance payment.
• Pricing: All prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices in INR (₹) and are subject to change based on dates, group size, and availability. The final price in your accepted itinerary is binding.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We never store your card details.

4. Cancellations and changes

Our cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before booking.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information when making an enquiry or booking.
• Carry valid identification and any permits required for travel in Jammu & Kashmir.
• Respect local customs, cultural norms, and the environment during your trip.
• Ensure you have adequate travel insurance covering health, cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Our responsibilities

• We vet every host and service provider for quality and safety.
• We provide 24/7 local support throughout your trip.
• We honour the price in your confirmed itinerary with no hidden fees.

7. Limitation of liability

Zaffron Valley acts as an intermediary. While we carefully vet all partners, we are not directly liable for services rendered by independent hosts, drivers, or activity providers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific booking in question. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, illustrations, photographs, and the Zaffron Valley brand — is owned by or licensed to Zaffron Valley Travel Co. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
